Auto Dialer for child support?!?!

Auto-dialer all round kind of tool helping in many different facets and area’s as well as departments and fields of work! Below is part of an article that I was reading on the web about the Auto-dialer helping to collect child support payments in the state of Arizona as well as North Carolina!! Simply amazing!!

“In 2004, the National Training Conference in Washington offered a workshop titled “Harnessing Technology to Improve Child Support Services.” At this workshop, North Carolina child support staff demonstrated that early case monitoring and intervention deters the nonpayment of child support. They presented their grant-funded pilot project to generate automated telephone reminders to custodial and noncustodial parents in several smaller counties. This proactive approach to enforcing child support orders was new and successful. When I returned to Arizona and shared that success story, we were determined to build similar proactive automation. ”

It absolutely was successful and saved the high school attendance office time by making those calls daily.

A Quick Fix to Customer Service Needs

There are some things consumers need to learn about auto dialers when calling the number after having an automatic phone message. Auto dialers very rarely leave specific detailed messages so it’s very easy for consumers to be confused, but there a number of things consumers need to find out.

1.Even if we called and left a message doesn’t mean that there is something wrong with our product. Sometimes consumers get frantic simply because believe that the company called and there’s something wrong using the product they bought. Nope they only forgot to pay for this month or something else like this.

2.Autodialer software isn’t perfect and might make mistakes. The individual calls in upset that we called and after this we cannot see any explanation why we called. Autodialers aren’t flawless and sometimes consumers get called that shouldn’t have been.There are many of stuff that consumers should keep in mind when returning a telephone call from an auto-dialer, but knowing how an autodialer works is probably the top things.
